Juanita Ledesma, M.A.
Juanita Ledesma, M.A. is a National Certified Career Counselor who specializes in helping people transition from an unsatisfying career to a more gratifying lifestyle. She assists individuals in seeking purpose and meaning in their lives with the use of assessment testing and career exploration. Having been a career woman and a working mother who juggled multiple roles in her life, she brings empathy, understanding and wisdom to her clients on issues that occur throughout the lifespan. She also has expertise in encouraging adults around resuming their education or pursuing advanced professional training.
Juanita had over 15 years experience in Management working for a Fortune 500 Company before she returned to school to obtain a Master’s Degree. She then transitioned into Career Counseling, her true calling. In addition to helping those who are dissatisfied in their current occupation, she has experience providing career counseling services for military personnel, military spouses, and those who have become unemployed and are seeking to change their career path. She is also an adjunct counselor for the San Diego Community College District.
Her education consists of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Career Counseling from the University of San Diego. She has served on the board for the San Diego Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type and is a member of the National Career Development Association.

Isabelle Martin, M.A.
Isabelle Martin is a Career Counselor who specializes in assisting people finding a career path that suits their needs and fulfills their aspirations at every step of their professional journey. She is known for her strong counseling and coaching skills. Isabelle guides people in achieving a satisfying career development process by encouraging them to recognize their unique style, strengths, and abilities using guidance and career assessments.
With over ten years experience in providing career services, Isabelle can assist people experiencing a career transition, students who need to select an educational program, a major, a graduate school, or an occupation. She is also adept at helping people with disabilities, and injured workers. She can help you with career exploration, researching occupations and the labor market, the creation of a resume, interview preparation, and the development of job-seeking skills.
Isabelle's personal outlook on working abroad allow her to help people navigating change when relocating in the United States, or Inter-State. She is competent in working with different cultural perspectives and views, and she speaks English and French fluently.
Isabelle possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a specialization in Career Counseling, and a Master's Degree in Career Counseling from Laval University in Quebec Canada. She is a member of the Quebec Professional Association of Career Counselors and Psycho-Educators in Canada and the National Career Development Association here in the United States.
